Sensitive forms, filled on your own computer.
In development. Not available yet. You can register early-access interest by email.
Private Form Agent is a working name.
Filled in for you. You check it. You press submit.
It is a desktop app, Mac first. It starts with government and insurance forms.
- Everything runs on your computer. There is no server of ours and no cloud model.
- A small open-weight model runs on your computer. It reads only the form’s text. It does not read your saved details.
- Your real values stay in a local vault. Plain, deterministic code types them in.
- It types only on sites you have registered.
- The app does not press submit. You do.
Sensitive fields need two keys.
For a sensitive field, the model and a set of fixed rules must both agree. Even then, the app asks you.
What our tests found
Every model we tested, run on its own, put a sensitive value into the wrong field at least once. One example is a social insurance number.
With the two-key rule, the model we chose made zero sensitive misfills on a held-out set written by a separate agent.
It still got only 4 of 10 forms fully right. That is why you always review the form and press submit yourself.
These were synthetic forms only. Zero here is not proof of no flaws.
What is done and what comes next
The security core is built and reviewed.
The app shell and testing on real-world forms come next.
